Workshop: Wheel of Life
The Wheel of Life Exercise, also known as the Coaching Wheel or Life Balance Wheel, is arguably the most powerful and versatile Coaching Tool. It is a visual tool or worksheet used to help you quickly understand how balanced or fulfilled your life is at this moment.
Do you ever wonder if your life is in order and balanced at this moment? Or do you seek fulfillment and can’t seem to find it?
The wheel of life consists of 8 categories or areas that are important for a whole or balanced life. You will rate your level of satisfaction with each area, then map this onto an image of a wheel. This will give you an immediate overview of your current “life balance”. Specifically, the life wheel will allow you to see right away which areas of your life might need improvement.
Thanks to some visual exercises and interactive discussions, we will reflect on fields of your life which are not entirely satisfactory for you. Moreover, we will find possible solutions to these challenges through the collective intelligence of our group. To stay active in the change, we will also learn a couple of little meditations to feel relaxed or energised.
Our speakers for this workshop are 2 volunteers, Clarisse and Sara, who are passionate about helping internationals during times of change and growth.
You do not have to bring anything. Before the workshop, you can think about what in your life could use an improvement.
